AskBiblically™ is a faith-based information service that surfaces biblically informed perspectives and educational reflections in response to user prompts. The Services provide informational and spiritual content only and are not a substitute for professional, medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Services.

The Services are currently offered only to residents of the United States. We do not offer, market, or make the Services available to individuals located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or any other jurisdiction outside the United States at this time.

We do not use religious beliefs or other sensitive information to create marketing audiences for third parties. Where required (e.g., Apple App Tracking Transparency), we will request permission before using device identifiers for ad personalization or retargeting.

We may use your contact details and general engagement with faith-related content to send first-party marketing about AskBiblically™ (e.g., features, content, promotions) in accordance with U.S. law and your preferences. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link, in-app settings, or by contacting ourodysea@gmail.com.
We do not sell personal information and do not share religious or other sensitive information with third parties for their independent advertising. Where required (e.g., Apple App Tracking Transparency), we will request permission before using device identifiers for ad personalization or retargeting.

While specific rights vary by U.S. state, we provide the following controls to all users:
Do Not Sell/Share. We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide opt-out mechanisms.
Marketing Opt-Out. You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link, or by contacting ourodysea@gmail.com. You can control push notifications in device settings and in-app.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required by U.S. law, we honor supported browser/device signals to limit certain processing.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, least-privilege practices, secure development, logging/monitoring, and vulnerability remediation. No method is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach likely to affect you occurs, we will notify you as required by law.
9) Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If we learn of such collection, we will delete it promptly.
10) Automated Content & Advice Disclaimers (Privacy Context)
Some content may be generated or assisted by algorithms based on your inputs and curated sources. Automated outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be used as a substitute for professional judgment.
AskBiblically™ provides faith-based, informational content only. It does not provide medical, mental health, psychological, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or services.

The Services may link to or incorporate third-party content or services. We are not responsible for third-party privacy or content. Review their policies before use.
